Fabiano was just 15 years old when he began working as an illustrator. His talents quickly took him far; he soon became a sought after artist amongst advertising agencies throughout Rio de Janeiro. He briefly attended art school, but was bored by it and dropped out to start his own company. Together with Luciana and Flavio, he founded Seagulls Fly. As the head of Print, Fabiano works to stimulate creativity, and keep the Seagulls team striving for the highest levels of artistic achievement. He is now the proud head of our LA office.

Fernando was the first artist hired at Seagulls Fly. An animation specialist with painstaking attention to detail, he was made partner after four years of dedication, not to mention countless sleepless nights. He has an uncanny ability to impersonate people which, aside from making him very amusing to have around, aids in his talent for creating characters and giving them life. Twitter addicted, he's always the last to leave the office, has enormous patience for teaching and is the front man for our workshops and lectures.

Flavio is the son of two painters, and as a child loved to draw. He also spent hours creating entire cities out of Legos. His incredible ability to visualize three dimensional spaces no doubt stems in part from this childhood obsession. His sense of light and shadow stems from his experience as a photographer and art director. Head of Motion/Effects, Flavio is the geek master, the problem solver and a conceptual powerhouse. He is thrilled to be doing what he loves every day for work.

After finishing ad-school, Luciana spent a year specializing in web design. She aspired to be her own boss, and to create a company where art and technology would merge in a fun and dynamic workplace. She has seen those dreams realized with Seagulls Fly. She relishes her work, where her sharp, production-oriented mind comfortably coexists with her highly creative and artistic spirit. Head of Interactive and Print, she is also the lead in all Seagulls brainstorming meetings and dreams about creating a HBO show. And its opening sequence.
